Support select all and select range in report slicers

Slicers should support select all (and probably select range) functionality. I see "select none" functionalality - sort of an eraser looking icon that removes all the checkbox selections. I also see "select multiple" functionality where, by holding down the control key, I can select multiple checkboxes. What I don't see is "select all" functionality that would check all the checkboxes, or "select range" functionality that would allow me select a range, such as select the first checkbox, hold down the shift key, then select the last checkbox, and have it select both plus everything in between.
