Support for USERCULTURE() in dynamic format strings for measures

Currently, dynamic format strings in Power BI do not support DAX functions like USERCULTURE(). This limits the ability to localize number formats based on user settings. Please add support for culture-aware formatting in dynamic format strings to improve internationalization
