It would be great to add functionality in the designer to create custom maps with custom shapes apart from the default map which provides countries and regions.
If GOV customers cannot use their local mapping capabilities already on their closed networks then Power BI may not be easily adopted. Especially when over the past decade millions have been invested in mapping solutions.
