Support downloading a PowerBI project from PowerBI Online

When downloading a report or semantic model from PowerBI Online currently the only supported format is .pbix.

 

When using PowerBI project .pbip format users cannot simply download this format from PowerBI Online as an easy workaround when git integration is down or when the user just wants to quickly investigate or test report details without having access to git and using their personal workspaces not being on Fabric capacity.
