Centralized management tools for subscriptions for SSRS reports. Running in SP integrated mode we need a way to see in the SP subscription list something unique to visually identify subscriptions. Something as simple as displaying a comment or allowing the subscriptions "manager" to enter a name/title for the subscription. We also need a consolidated view/report to see all the subscriptions with the parameters and schedule selected as well as the user email address would be helpful.

- nishalitNew MemberThanks! If anyone else would like to see this feature, please add your votes!
- gina_meronek2New MemberI'd add that it would be useful to allow mass-update of subscriptions within native mode. If a person joins a team and says "add me to all the subscriptions that my boss gets", it's painfully manual. Mailing to distribution lists is a great option if you can get them used consistently in an organization, but when there's variability, individual email addresses are still the norm. Email subscriptions are too popular to kill off, so we might as well make them easier to manage. ;)
- wade_mcgriffNew MemberAgreed, bulk edit or an api to view edit update.
- Michael_Daynes2New MemberIt would be really good as an admin.
- Ilya_BlyakhmanNew MemberCompletely agree with comments above, In addition It would be also helpful to query subscriptions, to see who scheduled what, when etc. without good management tool it puts too much on admins shoulders instead of making it self service.

1K times yes to this. We need a way to identify subscription failures, in particular, *at least* to have an answer to users wondering where there scheduled subscriptions are and why they haven't received them. Please implement something here.

yes please! I'm looking for which subscriptions were accidentally allowed to expire - and it's painful to have to click into edit every subscription in the workspace
