Users should have the ability to create subscriptions for apps, just like we can for reports within Power BI service.
I don't want all the recipients of a subscription to have access to the workspace, but would like them to receive automated updates via an email subscription. They shouldn't have access to all of the data on the report and that is why they are given certain access permissions within an app. A subscription to the app would allow us to send the automated email with a link to "open report in app" or something of that nature, so they can interact with any visuals as necessary within a protected environment.
