Extend the email subscriptions feature, currently in public preview, to include support for email snapshots of reports in specific filter/slicer states. Need to add feature where you can subscribe to a bookmark with specific filters vs. the page's defaults without filters

This is essential to identify the right work, so we can work right at the right time. Our educational leaders need these snapshots filtered, in their hands. They dont have time to shift through filters. Please assist us in making this a reality and changing the course of so many students lives - because the information was sent providing awareness that can be enacted. Please.
