Subscribe *others* to emails of reports

Extend the email subscription feature, currently in public preview, to enable subscribing *others* to email snapshots of reports. Will email subscription for report snapshots ever come to Power BI Report Server on-premises?

[Subscription] It will be good if we can to schedule the hour to send a email and not only when to happen dataset refresh.

Are pro users going to have this functionality as well? Or is it always going to be for premium users only?
