When you create a Warehouse or Lakehouse in fabric, it comes with a Default Semantic Model. I know these don't take up space, but WHY? I didn't ask for one. They take up space in the user interface and I cannot hide or delete it. It's like a skin growth. The UI gets really bloated with all these Default Semantic Models showing up when you are building a Medallion Architecture with Bronze, Silver, and Gold storage layers. I really don't need a semantic model at any of those layers except the top.
