Please provide option to stop refreshing dataset after refreshing manually... If there are any performance issues in database this would lock down the table... I even observed that reports doesnt ...

The functionality to cancel a dataset refresh in the Power BI Service is a must have feature and is standard on other competitor BI products I've worked on. This should also apply to dataflow refreshes as well. There are some workarounds but they are ugly and have wider implications. I also understand that there is a solution with XLMA endpoints which is Premium only. This affects all types of users whether they are developers, administrators or power users. It's nearly been 3 year since this was originally asked...
