Static value labels on filled maps

Filled maps need to be able to display labels with the actual values on the map. It's nice to see the color coding, but unless I can see some numbers as well it's really super hard-to-use. I'm practically not using the maps just because of this.

This is needed for a custom map filled map too. Its already available in tableau

As companies continue to expand global capabilities, having the ability to see a data label on a map provides the users of the reports the ability to see the detail they may need.

As another user pointed out, Tableau provides this capability already.

Maps have little value without proper labels, especially in the context of data visualization where the audience should absorb essential information at a glance. Please add this feature.

Come on MS! This is such a basic, fundamental functionality. We are moving from Tableau, that as has this forever, and 90% of our mapping is filled maps with data labels. This should just be a matter of adding a "data label" option to the "Build visual" field well. It should allow for measures as well as dimensions.
