Sorting report pages and columns in Power BI Desktop

Sorting and reorganizing needs to be better in both the Power Query pane for columns and in the report view in Power BI for pages. In the report view, when you're looking at the vertical list of report pages (after right-clicking on the page navigation arrows) it would be helpful to be able to drag pages up and down, or use an up and down arrow interface to move a selected page around more quickly. 

In the Power Query window, it would be helpful to have the up and down arrow interface to move a selected column around when you're in the Choose Column window.
