Sorting and conditional formatting of calculation items / groups

We should be able to SORT and CONDITIONALLY FORMAT any calculation items in a matrix table in the same way that we can for measures. 

Without this, calculation items will always have a huge disadvantage compared to measures. Sorting and CF is what reduces time to insight for users. A matrix table without ability to quickly sort or without green/red coloring for example is next to useless. 

This feature would give us report builders a huge productivity boost and make calculation items a first class tool in toolbox.
