Sort by breakdown in Waterfall

Waterfall in July 2017 update is cool. But it is looking really weird when the breakdown dimension is a period (ie. months that have a natural order). It would be great if the chart could be sorted by Breakdown dimension. On the example of months, we will be able to see the variation between 2 years by month in the right natural order (Jan, Feb, Mar, ...) instead of by value variation that is dificult to interprete More details here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/Sorting-on-breakdown-attribue-of-waterfall-chart-not-working/idc-p/349280#M21430

Need this feature sooon. Bridge categories are sorted based on their value. The bridge category value should NOT change it's position based on its value.

I can't understant why sorting waterfall by breakdown is not possible "by design". Can you explain "by design" ? It's possible in excel !!
