When refreshing, if a data source is offline or currently not available, skip that data source and continue with the other queries. Currently, if one data source is not available none of the other queries can refresh.

- Meant to add that this is in Power BI Desktop.
- A work around is to refresh other data sources one at a time and skip the offline one.
