I would like to propose a feature in Power BI that enables developers to reduce the number of rows displayed in all tables within a report using a single button or option. This would be especially helpful when working with large, complex reports, as it’s currently time-consuming to manually adjust row counts for each table during development. Having a quick shortcut in the PBIX file to limit rows for development and then easily expand them in the Power BI Service for full data—would greatly streamline the workflow
