Show the Exclamation Triangle Icon at the Table level

When there is an error with a measure, the exclamation triangle icon shows beside the field when you expand the table.  If you have a lot of tables, you have to expand / collapse them all to fix the errors.  
It would be nice to see the same icon at the table level so that you can just eyeball down the list to see which ones have errors.
