Show capacity name on hover over diamond icon in workspaces

when navigating workspaces, each workspace has icons next to it. the diamond icon that symbolizes a fabric or premium capacity simply shows "Fabric contenct" which is not very usuful. it would be great if on hover you get back the capacity name.
