Share Reports in Power BI

I see that I can share dashboards in the Power BI -- but can I not share reports? The dashboard would be fine, but slicers can't be pinned yet.

but I still cannot share report to another tenant user for he did not receive the notification email .

Yes, you can share reports in Power BI via the “Share” option in the service. Dashboards are mainly for high-level views, but reports let users interact with slicers. The limitation is that slicers can’t be pinned to dashboards—they only work within the report itself.
