Set default theme

'I would love to see the option to influence the default settings of PowerBI desktop for within companies. A solution to implement and enforce a standard "look and feel" by changing the start-up PBIX content would be perfect. Something like how you can influence the "normal.dot" in Word to reflect standards of Word documents for an entire company. For PowerBI this should cover multiple functionalities that are more or less available or already requested in other ideas. Thing like: - Standardizing the theme that gets loaded by default - Always loading certain custom visuals - Enforcing some layout elements like a company logo and/or footer with date, creator data and other meta tags.

This would be very handy especially being able to set a default theme in the service

can this not be made to import with the theme at least please, changing the font on every visual is very time consuming

Yes indeed. Save a lot of time and effort

indeed. Ideal way as I see it, to have preferences in file menu and change default values of any setting, format etc...

It's astounding that you can't set a workbook default font.

Yet another reason I continue to use Excel as my primary reporting UI. 20 years of a mature UI, well worked out with years of revisions.
