As we approach the 8 year anniversary for a simple CSS config change request, I suspect this will never happen. If somebody could easily embed a full report in sharepoint, why would organizations go out of their way to spend $30/month on powerbi premium licenses for each viewer that needs to read reports that use the full screen? The microsoft way: never help solve a problem unless there is a price tag attached.
