Set Email Alerts in the web interface

It would be great to have a conditional 'alerts' system that would periodically send an email based on any metric. For example: The report updates everyday but only sends 'alerts' if Sales

Critical 'alerts's are meaningless if they can't be sent out immediately. Like it or not, email is still the most heavily used method or receiving important information, especially from company applications. Until such time as PowerBI can send automated emails when critical thresholds are reached, or if a dashboard report can be emailed on a periodic basis (after nightly data refresh) then PowerBI is going to be hobbled and will not be readily adopted.

Currently 'alerts's can only be made on an individual basis by the user of a report. It would be useful to be able to set an 'alerts' for multiple users

This should include sending 'alerts's to others as well.

I have several clients and upper management that are looking for a way to be notified that payments have been made and posted to the report on specific dates, much like the subscription service in SSRS. I am boggled that this functionality does not exist in Power BI yet.
