Please add support for ServiceNow (SaaS) as a Data Source. This would be similar to the Zendesk Data Source.

Support for Requests and Change Request not just incidents is really needed to make this useful for us. Is this coming?

Currntly only Incident table data is available. Tables which needs to be fetched in Power BI from service now are 1) Task SLA [task_sla] 2) Configuration item [cmdb_ci] 3) Incident metrics [incident_metrics] if possible.
