Semantic Model - Build Access Restriction

When a Semantic Model is shared with users who have Build permissions, all hidden columns, measures, and objects—intended to be internal or restricted—become visible to those users. This behavior undermines the model owner's intent to control visibility and can lead to confusion, misuse, or even data governance risks.
