Selectively deploy shortcuts

We often find that our Lakehouse in Dev has some shortcuts that are not yet ready to be deployed to Test and Prod, and other shortcuts that are ready to be deployed to Test and Prod.

 

Please make it possible to select which shortcuts to deploy.

 

This applies to Fabric Deployment Pipelines and fabric-cicd.
