Security on Data Masking - For Contributor Role

Hi Team,

We currently use RLS (Row-Level Security) and OLS (Object-Level Security) to limit data access for business users. However, we also need to implement data masking controls for developers.

Scenario:

When a junior developer is working on development tasks, certain column data should be masked. However, senior developers or leads should still be able to view the unmasked data. We need a feature in our data security framework to achieve this level of data control.
