Security Groups for Workspaces and Reports

Similar to the sharing of Dashboards can we please get the ability to share Workspaces and Reports with Active Directory Security Groups? Managing 100 users can quickly become untenable. Teal Canady

Can somebody let me know if there is any progress made on this?

I would expect this may be done through Groups, but groups seem to not allow AD Groups to be used within and require individual user emails today.

Agreed, managing workspaces for a large company by only allowing to add individual users is a tiring task to try and maintain. This can lead to security gaps if workspaces are not properly maintained.

Can we add this feature to share dashboard through security group using power BI group. so that whoever are part of AD group can easily get access to dashboard and reports using Power BI group. We don't need to add users individually to power bi group.

I'm surprised this isn't already available! Entering in individual names is crazy. Please add this... AD Groups for Workspaces and Ad groups for the gateway.

Yes need this also to intergrate PowerBI with our existing AD groups. Usefull not only for Dashboards but also needed for Workspaces and Reports in it.

Add individual members is not salable. Need AD security group support for Workspaces and Reports.

The more embedded Power BI becomes in an organization, the more enterprise rulesets are required to support segregation of duties, data visibility, and privacy. These need to become core features and not afterthoughts.
