Searchable Slicer

It would be great if slicers were searchable. Many times the list of possible items people can slice by is large, and having to scroll till you find the value(s) you are looking for is tedious. Please enable slicers to be searchable (much like what Qlik has been allowing for years already). Thanks.

I agree that searchable slicers is a must. But please also add ability to sort a slicer descending by a measure and to show only top x.

Looks good in the June release. It would be great if the text entered could be easily cleared by pressing the eraser button rather than having to backspace to remove the text.

So i think this is now on the latest version of the desktop. I can now search and it reduces the result set based on my search; however, is there a way i can search and simply press "Return" to pick everything that comes back? I don't want to highlight each record in the result set manually when what i want is all of them. Basically the same behavior of an Excel slicer. Thanks again for the rapid development.

Hello Kim, Thanks for adding this very important feature. I have 2 question about it : 1. why can't we search on an non text data type. 2. After finding my searched results in the slicer list, is there a way to select all instead of manually select them ? thanks

If using the mobile app I've found that clicking the search box on the slicer results in my phone's on-screen keyboard obscuring 90% of the report including the search box I'm entering into. If the app could display the reports in portrait then I suspect this wouldn't be such a problem. Having it fixed in landscape mode is fine for larger screens but its very limiting when using an average sized phone.
