Scroll in Tool Tip

I can only get 7 rows of data to show in a Tool Tip which means if you have 2 values and 4 series, you are missing data from the final category. Example: Line chart with 4 regions as Legend, Date for Axis, Sales for Value and add a tooltip for Budget. You would see budget and actual for 3 regions and then just actual for the 4th region. How does someone view the final budget value?

This would be awesome if we could do this. One workaround that works for some things is to change the tooltip report to a custom size and make it bigger than the default size, but would be better if we can use both (some matrixes get too big for this).

I would love this. When my users see the scrollbar it's confusing to say "oh it's there, but you can't use it."
