Scorecard metrics - display actual date in History view

Currently when viewing a Scorecard metric's History of activity and check-ins, the dates are displayed as relative to current date. For example it will display "10 days ago", "40 days ago". This is very difficult to interpret intuitively and would be very beneficial to be able to change the setting to view in "absolute date" of the check-in/activity, such as "Aug 1", "June 10".

This needs to be a basic feature for scorecard metrics to make sense.

Absolutely. How on earth are we expected to use this feature with this nonsense of always showing everything in the service as UTC time?? I just entered a check in and the date says November 10 (correct, central time USA). Then the History says the check in was on November 9th! WTF??
