Some simple scorecard improvements I would like to see to add visual impact and enable better standardisation.
1. To have more colours available. The current choice of colours is pretty weak ... the pastel hues are a bit bland. I would preper to be able to have stronger colours for more visual impact when using scorecard as a KPI or metrics board. Red, Green Amber would be obvious choices ... but also strong blues and other colours too. I want to be able to see when something is off target or on target.
2. To be able to create scoreboard templates. I have a few variaiant ideas here .... to be able to create a template of metrics on the whole ... so i can determine what each dept is using and measuring ... so this for me would be sections on Safety, Quality, Performance etc and then as sub metrics again specific for our site. The point here is to be able to create a standard board and to share it as a template across the business. Also a selectable template of precreated statuses (On target, Behind etc) ... i would like to be able to create my own status banks with predetermined wording and colour. Standardisation across teh business again.
