Scorecard Metric As Visual: Check In Note as tooltip

We're building out a dashboard to hold a collection of Scorecard Metric Visuals as a high level overview for our SLT.

Currently when you open the Notes linked to a Metric visual, it opens the full Scorecard page to display them. This isn't ideal as the entire point is to allow them to check the relevant note without needing to go to the Scorecard page.

Being able to add in the note that was attached to the Check-In as a hover over tooltip would be an invaluable addition in making things as streamlined as possible for our end users, without forcing them to dig through information they aren't interested in at the time.
