Withn Workday there are several companys which operate as Kyndryl companys. Samlink in Finland, KynTech in Portugal, 3250 Kyndryl Italia Innovation Services S.R.L. (KIIS) in Italy (versus 3240 Kyndryl Italia S.P.A. which is Kyndryl Italy, and 3260 IN.TE.S.A. Iniziative Telematiche per i Servizi Applicativi -S.p.A. "Intesa"). It would be beneficial to the business, and TA to be able to report on the hiring volumes and progress on those company's specific hiring demands, split by company /legal entity. As an example, currently in Italy there are 165 Reqs yet to be filled. President wants a report of the hiring progress on a weekly basis by quarter for each company entity ie KIIS, Intesa and Kyndryl. This is manual reporting only trackable by Req currently, and consumes 3 peoples man hours in TA, as well as 2 WS. Approx 5 hours per week. For efficiency and speed, a "company description' filter could be added to the STAL powerBI.
