SSIS - Integrate New Components and Tasks

SSIS is laking some basic features, third party vendors complete the existing toolbox, but such components should have been integrated in SSIS for a long time. I'm thinking about a proper UPDATE or UPSERT task (instead of the OLEDB parameters passing nightmare), a revisited SCD destination which could offer good performances, a SMTP task with higher configuration options, etc...
