Custom measures can easily be moved between tables and assigned a display folder when using local data. When connecting to SSAS tabular a custom measure cannot be moved folder once it has been created nor can you add a display folder. This would be invaluable for reports where measures need to be moved and for quality assurance to clearly mark custom report level measures.
