Row-level security (RSL) based export rights for visual data into Excel
It would be beneficial for different use cases to allow the export via the row-level security for certain user groups.
Currently is only the complete export possible or not possible.
The data in the dataset might be available for a big number of users but the data are in the total amount sensitive especially if the data can be stored on personal computers or in Excel.
But some users (no admins) need to work with the data outside of Power BI to fulfill special tasks. (click on the visual "...", then on "Export data" and then e.g. "Summarized data")
For these users it would be good to have the possibility in the row-level security to select that this role has the export right for visual data into Excel even if for all other users the export is prohibited.
