Rounding in desktop version isn't always displaying correctly on the dashboard

I have a formula set up in the desktop version of Power BI which rounds a decimal to three places and it works correctly. The same data though does not always display correctly on the published dashboard. Oddly enough some of the data points are correct. I've tried to rename the file and republish but the issue still persists.
