Reverse default setting for "Include relationship columns"
The default setting in the "Sql.Databases" -function for "Include relationship columns" is currently set to enabled, but I would prefer it to be disabled instead: Not only do I believe for most cases the setting should be disabled, it will slow down queries unnecessarily and also screw up commands like Table.Profile. Many beginners don't know about this setting and complain about poor performance.
