Restrict/Disable purchase a third-party subscription of visuals in Power BI Desktop Market place

In Current setup Power BI end users can purchase a third party subscription of visuals in Power BI and assign it to Desktop report, Which is not in compliance to Organization security policy. No Additional 3rd party feature could be activated by the users without thorough testing and approvals from competent authorities. Hence We need to disable this feature.
