When users try to access to any POWER BI dashboard, which they don't have access to, it would be nice to custom Pop up to ask them to raise request to access it or it should pop up as access denied,...
Looks like MS shipped something similar for apps only, but not fulfilling core business needs. Here's the another improvement idea, that is (I hope) more specific towards custom pop-up for viewer access:
