Reporting Issues

I have wasted too much time trying to report an issue from my mobile. How could you expect user to guess or follow such a journey: Contact Support > Community > Issue forum > Enter an Idea > Create new Idea > post comment > redo the full path because for an unknown reason having a pause of several minutes while composing the message the form get closed > be screwed because post cannot be edited once posted Don't you think there is room for improvement in the process to collect feedback?
