Report setting to disable or hide all visual-level filters

The ability to disable visual-level filters ('Filters on this visual) on the report level.

To avoid confusion in reports, I hide all visual-level filters so that filters can be applied consistently to the whole report or page rather than individual visuals.

This is time-consuming having to 'hide' every visual-level filter on every visual.

A toggle in the report settings to disable (or hide) visual-level filters for the whole report would be very helpful.
