Report names not showing in Power BI Windows 10 App on PC in my workspace

In my workspace in the Power BI app for Windows 10 on PC, the names of the reports are not showing up, and neither is the report icon (the little bar chart icon), although you can still open the reports. This bug is happening on multiple accounts in their own personal workspaces. I discovered that this only seems to happen when the workspace you are looking at has no dashboards, and if you add a dashboard, the names for the reports and dashboards will appear. I believe that the issue has something to do with the "Learn how to add new dashboards" option that appears if you have no dashboards. When the names are not visible, the button you press to go to the report is shorter, the same size as the "Learn how to add new dashboards" button, which makes me believe the issue is somehow related to this option. I tested adding in a blank dashboard, and this fixed the issue, but it returned again when I removed the dashboard. This is a large problem because we are planning on releasing multiple reports to employees and they should not have to waste time guessing what report they are opening.
