Even the Gartner report is calling you out Microsoft, stop treating your On Prim Enterprise customer like second class citizens. This are not small Gaps, they are huge gaps. Granted we don't expect all the Cloud features to be available, but your still missing allot of basic features in PowerBI Report Server. .... On-premises version: Compared with the Power BI Pro cloud service, Microsoft’s on-premises offering has significant functional gaps, including dashboards, streaming analytics, prebuilt content, natural language Q&A, augmentation (what Microsoft calls Quick Insights) and 'alerts'ing. None of these functions are supported in Power BI Report Server.
