Repeat row headers in Excel export for Matrix visual (filled-down export)

Power BI Matrix visual now supports Repeat row headers = ON, but this behavior is not respected during Excel export.
When exporting, repeated parent values are suppressed and shown only once, resulting in blanks in Excel.

This breaks tabular analysis, downstream processes, and automation.

Request:
Please add an option such as:

• “Export using exact tabular layout”
• “Export with repeated row headers”
• “Do not collapse hierarchy in export”
• “Export Matrix as it is”

This would allow Power BI to export exactly what the user sees, with all row header values repeated.
