This can be done already. There is a rename option in the visualisation settings drop-down for each column.

I'm going to assume this is a dead post, but I would also like to see this. As @awright2 points out, this is already possible via the visualisation settings drop down, but this is a frustratingly slow method, as each time the "Working on it" box pops up and takes a few seconds to complete. We need a functionality similar to the Slicer Header text box in the likes of the default slicer visual.
