The metadata sync button is already available in the UI for the SQL Analytics Endpoint for the Lakehouse. Adding a metadata sync as an activity in the Data Pipelines seems like it should be straightforward. This would avoid a lot of frustration and troubleshooting due to jobs failing or reports showing old data because the SQL Endpoint has not synced. This should be an easy fix to help with Fabric satisfaction and adoption.
