Refresh failed notification with Workspace name

The current "Refresh failed" email notification includes some of the necessary information to alert the team. However, for users managing multiple Workspaces, especially those utilizing the Deployment Pipelines feature, it's important to know which specific Workspace the refresh is failing in.

This could be easily addressed by adding the Workspace name in parentheses. Something like:

There was a problem refreshing your

Your > () dataflow couldn’t be refreshed because there was a problem with one or more entities, or because dataflow capabilities were unavailable.
