Refresh History with more details

Refresh History should also provide details like rows\records refreshed, data size refreshed etc.

Refresh history displayed in UI should show "API" under the "Type" column when a refresh was triggered by API. Refresh history displayed in UI should show "Manual" or "On demand" or "Requested in PowerBI UI" under the "Type" column when a refresh was triggered by a user manually in the PBI Service UI.
