I use the Microsoft Radar chart visual, but one thing that really annoys me about it is that the "Y-axis" is always dynamic and a maximum value cannot be set. My suggestion would be to allow users to set a maximum value, as is possible for other visuals, to show how different values are scoring against a maximum possible score.
